Important info about the "Drop Zone" program!

The next session of the Drop Zone begins the first week of June at Definition Fitness. Anchor Wellness (Jennifer) will be leading the Group Wellness Coaching (6 sessions) again! We love being a part of this fabulous program; helping people challenge themselves, encouraging emotional growth, and of course staying connected to their wellness goals! 

Optimum Integrative Health is also participating again. They work one on one with the participants by structuring a nutritional program tailored to their needs. 

This program focuses on "head to toe, inside and out" weight loss and wellness by incorporating strategies that incorporate fitness, nutrition, goal setting, and emotional balance. Adjusting the way you eat, move and most importantly, what you think. This is now our forth session and it just keeps getting better!

Coaching Is Not Therapy

It is important to point out that coaching is not therapy.

Therapy deals with the issues that are preventing you from getting what you want in your life. Coaching works with the conscious mind to help individuals achieve goals and personal fulfilment. It looks for strategies and solutions to overcome barriers, learn new skills and implement effective choices. It is always about growth and moving forward.

Coaching offers you the tools and support to get what you want out of life when there are no major issues holding you back.

A good coach will not tell you what to do, make decisions for you, or stand in judgement of you. A good coach will empower, support and encourage you and your choices. A good coach wants you to take responsibility for what you want, and supports you to live that life every day. That’s what is meant by living your life ‘on purpose’. It always starts and ends with you and what you want.
